Well Kennedy always reminded me of the Rock. Even his stance is similar. But yeah, right now you can't compare. I choose Kennedy character-wise (Not that I pay too much attention to that stuff).

In all seriousness, I don't think Kennedy will ever be The Star (oh yeah, capital letters) that Dwayne - err, The Rock - was. That doesn't mean I won't mark out every time Kennedy is on TV, though.

And yeah, it does have validity.

They're on the same level as far as mic skills go. In ring Kennedy is probably better than the Rock. And Kennedy isn't anywhere near as overrated as the Rock.

So yeah, Kennedy > The Rock.

I completely agree with you in that, in terms of wrestling ability, Kennedy is far better than The Rock. However, we haven't really seen Kennedy cut many promos with someone else in the ring; something for which The Rock was renowned. If anyone has videos of those I may have missed (I didn't see a lot of Friday Night Smackdown last year), by all means post them.

Anywho, in terms of star power, obviously Kennedy isn't on The Rock's level....yet. He got one of the louder pops of Wrestlemania when he did his entrance gimmick, and he's a heel. Bah Gawd, Kang, the boy's got a bright future! He will be Rock-esque, perhaps even bigger. Let's hope.
