I was thinking about this and it is very tough trying to decide which one is the better mat technician. I am a bigger fan of Malenko so Im going with him. What do you think? And if you are not familiar with Malenko's work, please dont just say "Angle" and give no reason.

Angle obviously has the "real wrestling" background. But Malenko also trained with his dad, Boris, who I've heard was a magnificent shoot fighter. Angle is great in the ring, but Malenko is far more smooth and just seems to flow through the ring in slow motion but he is quick as a cat. Angle has the edge in the entertainment factor but as for mastering technical wrestling-Malenko. Angle doesn't use his technical prowess much since he learned how to work "WWE Style" that is his new comfort zone now.

I say Anlge because he is better all around and can cut a good promo. Malenko is a wrestling God but his mic work is a bit....meh.

Hmm...I having a hard time deciding between the two. Both are great technical wrestlers, but I'll pick Malenko just because I've seen more great matches from him then I've seen from Angle. I would've loved it if they would've wrestled at least once. It'd be better to see these two then Angle/Bret.

Indubitably. That would be THE dream match of all dream matches.

Malenko/Bryan Danielson another that could've been a great technical classic

Malenko is one of my favorites of all-time along w/ Angle. Both are incredible in the ring, but the main difference is the mic skills of Angle and the "believeabiltiy" of his character. Malenko entertained me basically every time inside the ring, but he obviously never had that "it" factor and therefore it was harder for most fans to divest their interest in him. Malenko and Lance Storm to me were always very much in the same boat that way. Anyway I'd take Angle, as he has proven himself more on the largest of stages.
