Giant Gonzales most definitely that was terrible I hated his outfit, Bret Hart was pretty good when they did the USA vs Canada bit that was awesome

JBL worst heel ever he only seemed to win matches by cheating he won wwe title but only cos kurt angle helped him and he wont the u.s title on benoit by cheating thank god he isnt on smackdown anymore

I don't see how the Great Khali is the worst heel ever. He has a gimmick, a look and now has a reputation after destroying the Undertaker at Judgment Day. He might be the worst WRESTLING heel.

There has to be guidelines, like if the heel did not get anywhere with his heel turn. Such as the following:

Val Venis, The Goodfather, Mark Henry, Perry Saturn, Johnathan Coachman, Steve Austin post WM 17. And the list goes on.

Well with WWE then, i don't think you could find a 'worse heel' simple cause WWE is perfect when it comes to turning somebody a heel. Sure they have some terrible wrestlers as heels but they do get great heel heat.

But when i think very carefully about it, it would be Bob Holly. WWE tried so much to make him a bad guy but no one cared for him, they didn't care for him as a good guy either.

JBL was a great heel. Seen him at a house show in Dublin. He had the croud going mental.
I dont like Khali. In fact i find him embarrasing.
Eugenes 3 weeks of being a bad guy were pretty shocking
