Melina #1 Contender & Future of the Title........

What i don't get is why Melina is #1 contender after beating Maria and why Maria had a chance.

Jan 1- Melina Def Maria
Jan 8- Melina/Victoria def Maria/Mickie-Melina pinned Maria
Jan 15- Jeff/Maria def Nitro/ Melina. Jeff pinned Nitro.
Jan 22- Candice/Mickie Def Melina/Victoria Candice pinned Victoria

Maria has lost to Melina already so we know Melina is superior. Candice pinned the Former #1 contender. It should have been Candice/Melina. Hell evan a triple threat Candice/Melina/Victoria. OR EVAN BETTER Melina/Victoria. I don't get that.

Anywho. With the right push Melina can become a great Champion. I still say it should be Victoria.

Please discuss what you think will happen with the Womans title as far as Future title holders/Contenders/Matches/Storylines ETC.....And what you think of Melina becoming #1 Contender............:rockon

Beth Phoenix I hope she comes back and turns heel. She would make a great champ and has a bright future. However I feel WWE made some crucial mistakes with the womens division. They lost some great women wrestlers such as Jacqueline,Molly,Jazz, and Ivory to name a few. WWE doesn't care about the womens division. All it is is eye candy women roll around showing massive amounts of clevage. Which there is nothing wrong with that speaking from a male point of view. However there is no wrestling.

Okay, I would first off like to say that if Candice EVER got a chance at the women's title, I would stop watching women's wrestling. The fact of the matter through all of this is Melina deserves to have a shot. I mean, think about it, her last title match was when she faced Trish, and she needs another shot. I'm also not saying Victoria doesn't deserve another shot, but she lost to Mickie and had her chance, so I think that everyone should just give Melina a chance. Candice's gimmick is nothing original. She's a Sable rip-off. Maria actually is the only one with an original gimmick as...

Candice= Sable rip-off.
Michelle McCool= Stacy's Miss Hancock's WCW character.
Layla El= Useless Christy Hemme role.
Krystal= Terri Runnels (doing back stage interviews in these outfits that are similar in style to Terri's.)
Ashley= Lita rip-off.

Anyway, they all make blogs because they have no other way of properly contributing to the WWE apart from rolling around the ring and blotching moves (which seems to be allright for today's standards in WWE's women's wrestling.)

Now its nothing spectacular or great, But its pretty damn good. Better than some of the things i see on raw and the contests we see on SD. BTW Kristal really improved over the past year or so.

A few weeks ago I tried to publish a real Candy-Coated blog that was not allowed on WWE.com. I took this blog straight to the top and thankfully got approval for you guys to read! I wanted to share my real feelings and thoughts with the fans.

A few weeks ago when I was away from Raw to film Greatest Super Bowl Commercials with Daisy Fuentes, I had mentioned how I TiVo’d Raw to watch when I got home.

What you didn't get to read is my reaction to the women’s match, Melina vs. Maria.

I was so fired up to see the finisher that Melina tried to claim as hers was a move that I had come up with and been using on previous live events!

I had called it the "Candy-Clutch," while she stole it and called it "California Dreaming." I think she was confused ‘cause I reside in California, and maybe she was dreaming of being me!!!

It really bothered me to watch this on TV when the fans don't realize how much I'm working on becoming a better wrestler. Melina can only steal moves but in reality she can never be me!

Although I was shocked to see this, it gave me extreme pleasure and confidence to know that I am learning this sport. Enough with the BS that the real Divas have to deal with!

The revenge will be sweet, when I can start to show the fans what I have been learning and how I'm improving. Most importantly, I will show the paparazzi what they really wanna see, my sexy new wrestling outfits!

I don't know but for some reason, i have been wanting to see these two in a feud for a while. Now i'm talking about around after wrestlemania. Let Melina/beth/mickie feud for know and then after mania Just let beth and mickie feud and have candice/melina feud untill melina can get into the title picture again. I know Melina is a good wrestler but she hasn't got into the groove of the matches. I don't know if it is ring rust or what but her matches just havn't been that good. They have been o.k. but not great. Have her feud with Candice and that way she will build up her skills and it will help Candice improve more its a win win. Right know i just don't think Melina should be in the title picture and hold down the main raw diva matches that involve the title when sombody like Jillian or Beth or evan Katie Lea(OVW) Can put on a better match. AS for Candice. I have a feeling people are too hard on her. She really seems like she wants to learn and that she trys. I mean in her matches, she is very quick and you can tell by her adreniline and the way she moves around the ring that she is putting her heart into the match. Unlike Ashley who just walks around the ring as slow as my grandma. It looks like she dosn't evan care. Now i don't agree on having somone like Candice in over Katie or Beth or the other great talents out there, But as for now and the divas we have on the roster, Candice is one of the better ones out of her eye-candy/diva search catagory. I just really want ot see her in a match on raw with somone like Melina and Victoria and just a singles match just to see how much better she is getting. But yeah, I like Candice if you haven't noticed by know. I didn't used too, but when she started training and improving, i started to like her.

This is just my thoughts on whats gonna happen with the division. Most people are obsessed with weave and people sucking other people, when in fact i made this thread to talk about the title, future of the title, feuds etc... I know its fun to talk about people but can we make a separate thread for that and just use this one to talk about the title? Please i want your opinion/predictions on what you think on what will happen down the road!!

Sorry so Long, but i can just ramble on for hours about one little feud. Hey thats what this thread is for.
