Return of D-X?

Well - welcome to the new forums I guess!
Great to be here.

Any thoughts on the return of D-X, how this will play out and when?
From whats been happening, it sounds like the storyline might be released at SummerSlam.

Ideas?

they'll return at vengeance, but it seems that HBK's got an injury, so they might cancel all that DeGeneration-X reunion

Summer Program likely of the DX reunion .. after the summer is over HBK will have surgery

there must be a diva with them, I'm hoping for Trish to turn heel & join them, & get what's rightfully hers, the WWE Women's Championship, Michaels gets the Intercontinental championship, HHH gets the WWE championship, & two new guys get the Tag Team Titles

that's true, but Foley doesn't fit in DX, Lita & Edge are definitely a must though

I unno Edge has done the team thing with Kurt Angle , Christian and Rhyno and the Brood . I think he is done teaming for awhile and lita follows edge around like a lost puppy .

I think they should attach the hardy boys (if WWE brings back Jeff ) with DX for a summer program and then add another member so they would be even with the Spirit Squad I would suggest " The Miz " or CM Punk

I doubt CM Punk would be chosen but if you look at ovwrestling.com right now, Road doggs most famous line is writen and a picture of Punk holding the mic " so this might suggest that CM Punk will be called up for DX

How I see it is this way
HHH - Todays Greatest Champion
HBK - The Legend
The Hardy Boyz - The Fast paced Experinced Tag Team
CM Punk / The Miz - The Fresh Face newcomer

If WWE does it right Just Like Evolution did for Randy Orton and Batista it could propel CM Punks Career or The Miz's Career and Restart The Hardy Boyz .

*side node - The hardys are stuck as Tag Teams forever since each of them only gained small sucsess outside of tag Team . I would like to call it LODitis *

That seems like it would work perfectly. HHH has been part of a couple dominating factions now.

since everyone is saying that this whole dx thing will only be for the summer because hbk needs to have surgery, why wouldn't they do what they did back in the day. I mean WWE has a tendency to somewhat use old story lines, so why wouldn't HBK just leave and they keep dx going and "replace" him like they did in the day. I don't know though I feel as long as it makes Vince money than they will keep it around.

hey guys, dx is certainly coming back but how good of television will it be??

problems with a DX return:
1. hbk's religion
2. hhh takin his job seriously
3. if vince is controlling what they do (then it'll suck)
4. who'll be in it and how long it'll last


if they do come bak most likely the first fued will be against the Spirit Squad

to be honest, id be happy enough if the whole purpose of DX is to just stand up against the spirit squad.

but this is how it should be

HBK-Manager(hes getting really old)
HHH-Leader
The tag team could be either the bashams(bring doug over from SD! or the Hooliganz(Kendrick and London)
second in comand bring in a new face or X-pac

HBK is not very old, he's only 41, plus, he still entertains me in his matches, especially when he gains momentum
