Bret Hart said that Kurt Angle would be his dream opponent. It would be the ultimate battle of technical wrestling. The best of Canada vs the best of America. The sharpshooter vs the ankle lock. Who do you think would win in a match? Since i am canadian i am gonna have to go with Bret. Too bad it can't happen due to Bret's stroke. Give me some feed back.

Even though bret hart was one of the best talents ever in wrestling he still had a huge ego who wouldn't even do the honours on the way out of wwf/e

Also angle now as a huge ego and has been acting has if he's the boss behind the scenes in tna, by telling the other wrestlers what to do and working really stiff with guys like samoa joe.

...great post man what a dream match...both wrestlers are a major impact wrestler unfortuanely brett had to give it up due to his stroke...hitman was one of my favs as well as angle i use to really like, but i do despise him now due to his tna jump...in both of their primes...this would have to be a mania match no doubt...they could use a solid 6 weeks to promote the match, could you imagine the 6 raws leading up to Maniq, wow it would be awesome...when they lock up at mania i think first off it would be a pretty lengthy match at least 30 mins or plus...i think it would be alot of mat wrestling with some bursts of suplexes and slams with submission moves thrown in...somewhere in the match there would be a brawling part where both men let loose with angle eventually resorting to weopns due to his frustration of being out wrestled little by little with hart in there...finally at the 36:17 mark, hart locks in the sharpshooter in the center of the ring and leans back to sure up the sharpshooter and the ref hebnar calls for the bell and raises brett's hand with the crowd giving both wrestlers a standing o....wow great match and it just makes me wish my fav brett was healthy and still wrestling

i would love to see that match happen but we all know it will never happen...i like bret since i started to watch wrestling but theres something about angle that i saw in him when he first came to the WWF, and from his debut ive been his number 1 fan...liking him as a heel or face losing or winning...hes just awsome.....and i followed kurt angle thought his entire carrier as bret i only saw like his last year in wrestling.....so i'd have to go with kurt angle...

About the part about winning a gold medal with a broken friggin' neck. Who bloody cares anymore. I am sick of hearing it. I enjoy his matches but want to choke the life out of him if he mentions that one more friggin' time.
