when i last heard about this i heard that at the first taping there was some ridiulous match with vampiro, sean waltman, new jack, PJ polaco ad a few other guys. i heard it was that match that made vampiro champ. i also heard that the crowd was casted.

i dont really care except that ruckus is gunna be on makes me happy.

MTV will begin to air “Wrestling Society X” on Tuesday, January 30th at 10:30 p.m. ET & PT. The pro wrestling show will go head-to-head with ECW on Sci-Fi. MTV has agreed to air ten episodes which will combine the wrestling with live music. Tapings began last month in California led by producer and former XPW official, Big Vision.

Known pro wrestling talent for the show will include: Ruckus, Vampiro, Sean Waltman, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal, Lizzy Valentine, Teddy Hart, The Human Tornado, Dragon's Gate stars Masato Yoshino and Genki Horiguchi, Colt Cabana, Jimmy Jacobs, Ricky Banderas, Aaron Aguilera, B-Boy and others.

They're probably not an immediate threat to WWE, but they have quality talent, I heard Teddy Hart's supposed to be involved, and Colt Cabana has a masked character who's hilarious. My information is second hand from the ring photographer for them, so take it with a grain of salt, but their stuff is better than ECW hands down. I'd say it's at least worth the frist few shows, and MTV will be airing them world wide I belive, though I could be wrong about that.
