Teddy Long came out and announced there would be a contenders match between the two later tonight, with the winner facing King Booker at No Mercy. They noted Batista is "taking time off due to injury."

i'm not sure where you get the idea about finlay being gay, but in a real shoot, i think finlay beats batista hands down. really, some people overrate batista's skill.

Its just an angle, if he did get injured it would've had footage of docters like they do with everyone else. He looked pretty healthy on smackdown
