Taker US champion?

I read the Smackdown spoilers and it says that Teddy Long is making Ken Kennedy fight Undertaker at No Mercy for the US title..WTF? What do you guys think about this,i feel Undertaker should be competing for the WHC.

Depends on how they book the match

If they have Kennedy going over then it adds to his character and they can make him out to be hard to beat and give him a boost into the main event scene.

but just on Kennedy I've also heard that there is some talk of a JEff HArdy (as IC Champ) being traded for Ken Kennedy (as US Champ)

so I'll guess we'll have to wait and see what happens

Really i havent heard that? Ken Kennedy should have a good reign as US champ,i like him. I still dont think Taker should be Jobbing to him as i feel that is what will happen.They arent going to let a part-time wrestler hold a title even if it is The Undertaker we are talking about.

Thats not true because The Big Show was US Champion from Oct. 2003 to March/April 2004? Big show is the biggest wrestler and he had it, thats not why Taker won't get the US belt, he wont because he's part time. No offense dude.

As much as I respect Taker for what hes done, I think it's time for him to hang up his boots, same old Deadman gimmick everytime we see him. Have his brother Kane retire him in a Buried Alive Match at Wrestlemania 23 and end the undefeated streak. Paul Bearer could come back and assist Kane in the victory. That would be an awesome way for Taker to go out on the grandest stage of all.

I agree that it's time for him to retire, he hasn't been the same for the past 5 or so years. But I disagree that he should end his Mania undefeated streak.

i may love taker but he wont get the us title its not cause of how big he is its like every1 here said hes only part time his last match might be this wm but i doubt hes gonna lose
