I Agree, Mr "im going to elbow drop you from the mighty SECOND rope" (A.K.A Matt Hardy) shudnt be in ECW, but jeff on the other hand would be pretty sweet. Jeff and RVD had some awesome hardcore and ladder matches while he was still in WWE.
